Product intro and specs
The HQD Glow Air 70K is a prefilled pod vape for UK vapers who are tired of running out of liquid. Inside the kit, there’s over 40 mL of 2% nic salt in the prefilled pods. That’s a whole lot of e-liquid—but it’s not all in the device at once.
The HQD Glow Air 70K is a dual-flavor system that allows you to select which flavor you want to vape via a nice restricted lung hit. When configured, the HQD Glow Air 70K holds a little over 20 mL by way of 2 x 10 mL magnetized flavor pods that snap together with a mouthpiece/atomizer base. What gives the HQD Glow Air 70K its high puff count is that each kit comes with four flavor pods (two of each flavor) in what HQD calls a “4-in-1 pack.”
Other features of the Glow Air 70K include an 850 mAh battery, a 1.1-ohm dual-split mesh coil, fully transparent tanks, an LED battery indicator behind a hidden screen, and a slide-to-select flavor switch.
Let’s dive deeper into the details to see what the Glow Air 70K is all about and how it performs.

Size, look, and feel
The Glow Air 70K is a modern vape in both function and aesthetics. It’s built on a monochrome anodized aluminum exterior (I think) with transparent pods tinted to match (depending on the flavor). The overall form factor feels more like a high-puff disposable than a typical prefilled pod vape. That said, the Glow Air 70K is actually slightly smaller than some popular U.S. disposables.
Measuring 102 mm x 25.6 mm x 47 mm, the HQD Glow Air 70K isn’t a stealthy device, but it’s surprisingly comfortable in the hand and pocket. If you’ve ever owned a high-puff disposable, the size and weight should feel familiar. However, if you’ve only used bar-style vapes, the Glow Air 70K might feel large at first. The size is justified by its generous 2 x 10 mL pods and 850 mAh battery. The mouthpiece is a wide-bore whistle tip, which implies good flavor and bigger hits.
The Glow Air 70K is aesthetically pleasing yet minimalistic in a non-boring way. All the branding is tone-on-tone: same color as the exterior, just in a matte finish. On the front, there’s simple block lettering; on the back, a retro-cursive, graffiti-tag-style logo.
The pods are usually tinted to match the device color, though some have a darker shade overall. Regardless of color, you can see your entire liquid supply. If the lighting is dim, pressing the small button on the front activates an LED behind an invisible screen that displays the remaining liquid percentage, depending on the flavor you’ve selected using the slider switch at the bottom of the device.
Overall, I really appreciate the aesthetics of the Glow Air. You can even customize it more than it seems. You can mix and match pods across different battery colors—I do it for a bit of a Punky Brewster flair (maybe I’m showing my age there).
Getting started
Because of the extra pods, there’s a lot to unpack—but no need to open them all at once since you’ll only use one pod pack at a time.
Inside the Glow Air 70K packaging, you’ll find two boxes, an instruction manual, and warning cards. Inside the smaller box are the replacement pods and atomizer base/mouthpiece—set that aside for later. The larger box contains the Glow Air 70K battery device, two prefilled pods, and an atomizer base/mouthpiece. As an aside, there are quite a few stickers and plugs to remove (this could just be due to UK packaging regulations).
Once assembled, the design of the Glow Air 70K really shows how well-thought-out it is. To set it up, remove the two pods, battery device, and atomizer base/mouthpiece. The atomizer base/mouthpiece is pre-seated inside the device, making it look ready to go, but you need to pull it out first to remove the stickers from the contacts. Then, remove the silicone plugs and set the atomizer base/mouthpiece aside.
Grab the two pods—they look like little bottles! Remove the labels and note which flavor is which. Each prefilled pod has its flavor printed on the bottom; you’ll match that name with the corresponding side on the atomizer base. I believe the atomizer base includes a small prefilled coil/wick with about 1 mL of the same flavor liquid, which explains why HQD refers to the capacity as “10 mL + 1.”
Setup
- Twist the caps off the refill pods.
- Verify the flavor matches the pod flavor names on the pod base.
- Turn the atomizer base/mouthpiece upside down and line up the tracks with the pod (insert vertically).
- Click the pod into the device until secure.
- Triple-click front panel button to unlock/lock.
- Shake 3–5 times to prime before the first pull.
- Slide the bottom switch to choose L/R flavors—the screen shows which side is active.
Most of us are used to five clicks, but the Glow Air only needs three. Also, the percentage on the invisible screen is for the battery. There’s an L or R with an arrow that is also displayed, which points to the flavor you have selected.
How does it hit?
The Glow Air 70K has a really nice restricted lung hit. There’s solid resistance to the draw, which I appreciate. Despite the tightness, the device can produce large hits if you want. You can also take smaller puffs, even a stricter MTL draw if that’s your preference—but it shines most with a medium-length hit at a moderate speed.
The mesh coil feels perfectly tuned, producing vapor that’s warm yet smooth. I’d describe it as slightly cooler than most vapes in a good way—comfortable and satisfying.
What’s unique about the Glow Air is that it doesn’t mix flavors; you simply choose which one to vape. Most of the pairings are related, so you don’t get any strange combos. There’s no flavor carry-over when switching. The only thing to note is that the draw may feel a bit off-balance immediately after switching, since each pod has its own chimney to the mouthpiece. I noticed it at first, but after a day or two, it faded into the background.
So far, there have been zero issues. The draw is consistent, with no leaking or spitback whatsoever.
Glow Air 70K best flavors
I’ve been really impressed with the flavors. They’re well-balanced and genuinely tasty. Each one seems to carry HQD’s signature flavor profile—flavorful but not overpowering. Unlike many prefilled vapes that sneak in iciness even when not labeled as “ice,” the Glow Air flavors are only icy when they say so. The result is a smooth, flavorful experience that stays refreshing and never overdone.
Here are five of my favorites:
Blueberry Cherry Cranberry & Blue Razz: Juicy blueberry, bright cherry, and tart cranberry merge into a lively mix; the blue razz flavor has a tangy, sweet edge.
Bear (GB) & Rainbow (Zkittles): Sweet and slightly citrusy, great for all-day vaping. Rainbow is fruitier with a candy-bright finish.
Pineapple Peach Mango & Pineapple Ice: Sweet pineapple with a distinct mango finish. The Pineapple Ice is one of the best pineapple flavors I’ve had—lightly chilled and natural.
Grape GB & Strawberry GB: Sweet, juicy grape that’s hard to put down. The strawberry gb is a bright, candy-like contrast, though my switch usually stays on grape GB.
Cherry Ice & Strawberry Raspberry Cherry Ice: Chilled cherry with a sweet-tart finish; then the same cherry ice combined with strawberry and raspberry. It’s one of the most lively and intoxicating flavors of the line.
How long does it last?
The HQD Glow Air 70K lasts a long time—especially for liquid. Anytime you can see 20 mL of e-liquid (not hidden inside a sealed shell), you know what you’re going to get. It also seems to vaporize efficiently rather than guzzle through liquid. Roughly speaking, you can easily get a week or more out of one kit (meaning the four pods).
The battery holds up well, though not for the full week, of course. You’ll likely need to charge once a day or every other day, depending on usage. Charging time is around 60 minutes, and the LED display shows real-time charge percentage as it charges.

Verdict
The HQD Glow Air 70K is one of those devices that actually lives up to its marketing. It’s well thought out from top to bottom, with smart design choices and just enough pizzazz to make it stand out without being flashy.
The dual-flavor setup works exactly as advertised, and switching between flavors feels natural once you get used to the slight off-balance sensation, which only took a day or so to get used to.
The restricted lung hit is spot on; tight draw, wide-bore mouthpiece, and a coil that feels perfectly tuned. The flavor is so clear and accurate that it almost feels “wet,” but there’s no spitback or leaking. Everything about the experience feels clean, intentional, and well executed. With 44 mL of liquid, you’re going to get your money’s worth. I’m genuinely excited for UK vapers to get their hands on these.
