Lost Mary MT15000 Turbo

The Lost Mary MT15000 Turbo may be the predecessor to 2025’s MT35K, but it’s still a highly capable disposable. It features dual-mesh coils, an informative display, two power modes, and a compact design. It’s powered by a 600 mAh battery and holds 16 mL of e-liquid. Available in over 30 flavors with 5% nicotine.

Product intro and specs

The Lost Mary MT15000 Turbo was released in late 2023. Despite rapidly evolving technology and consumer expectations, it’s still a popular disposable in today’s market. But there’s no denying that Lost Mary’s subsequent releases have since outshone it. The MT35000 Turbo offered more puffs and battery capacity, and the Ultrasonic 35K introduced game-changing innovation.

So, is the classic MT15K still relevant in 2026? That’s certainly debatable based on the specs alone. On the plus side, it features a compact design, dual-mesh coils, smooth and turbo modes, and a huge variety of flavors. On the other hand, it has a limited battery capacity, a tiny display, and is rated for only 15,000 puffs. It may seem like a mixed bag, but performance could easily tip the scales (we’ll discuss that later).

Let’s dive in and see how it holds up with a couple of weeks of testing. Can the MT15000 Turbo compete in the modern market, or is it overdue for retirement? Keep reading to find out.

Price: $14.99 (at Mi-pod)

Flavors: Acai berry storm ice, Baja splash, banana cake, berry burst, blueberry raspberry lemon, blue crushed berries, blue razz ice, cherry strazz, citrus sunrise, Dr. cherry, grape apple, grapefruit berries, Miami mint, Pacific cooler, peach blue slushie, purple passion punch, rainbow bubblegum, raspberry banana, raspberry watermelon, refresh fcuking fab, rocket popsicle, sour strawberry peach, strawberry banana, strawberry kiwi, strawberry orange, strawmelon peach, summer grape, tropical Baja splash, watermelon ice, wildberry Baja splash, winter mint, yellow lemon

Size, look, and feel

The MT15000 Turbo leans into a traditional disposable aesthetic. It’s just an unassuming rectangle (a combination of matte and glossy plastics) with branding on one side. The curved edges feel great in the hand, and the compact size (100 mm tall) makes it very pocket-friendly. It also features a hard-plastic duck-bill mouthpiece, which isn’t my preference (I prefer a bite-friendly style), but it’s comfortable nonetheless. Overall, the design is clean and straightforward, the colors are vibrant, and the build quality is excellent.

While I’m a big fan of this style, the lack of tactility is noticeable. The 35K version, for example, looks almost identical, but the backside has a subtle texture. This one modification gives it a slight advantage over the MT15000 Turbo, which feels unnaturally smooth in comparison. I don’t consider that a con; it just highlights how a small change can dramatically alter a device’s feel in the hand.

Getting started

The Lost Mary MT15000 Turbo fully embraces the user-friendly concept of disposables. Open the package, remove the sticker, and inhale—that’s basically it. The only noteworthy feature is the button at the bottom of the device, which switches between Smooth (11 watts) and Turbo (22 watts) modes.

Regardless of the mode, the draw restriction remains a consistent loose MTL/tight RDL. There is no airflow slider, which would have been a nice inclusion. That isn’t an issue for me, as I really enjoy the draw on this device, but others may feel differently.

The screen on the front panel provides all relevant information: battery percentage, e-liquid level, and mode. The display is bright, but it’s also tiny, which may be a disadvantage to users with poor vision.

How does it hit?

No complaints from me in this department. Like most Lost Mary vapes, the MT15000 Turbo provides an incredibly satisfying hit. Whether in Smooth or Turbo mode, it’s flavorful, rich, and saturated. The auto-draw is responsive, the airflow is smooth, and the vapor has just the right amount of warmth. It may be fair to assume that the newer MT35K performs significantly better, but that wasn’t my experience. I feel like they’re both in the same ballpark, with some minor differences at most.

The distinction between power modes is also less noticeable than some disposables I’ve used. Turbo mode may be double the power (22 vs. 11 watts), but it doesn’t feel intense or overwhelming. It’s just a practical notch up, providing a bit more vapor and warmth, and allowing unique flavor notes to shine through.

Lost Mary MT15000 Turbo best flavors

When it comes to flavors, Lost Mary seems to be one of the more reliable disposable brands. Yes, some of their offerings may be predictable or forgettable, but there are always standouts in the mix. The MT15000 Turbo is no exception. I fell hard for a couple of the flavors, and found myself continually drawn to others that I wasn’t expecting. These are the ones that made the biggest impression:

Banana Cake: One of my favorite disposable flavors of all time. It tastes like a slightly overripe banana folded into a buttery vanilla cake. It’s creamy and decadent, but not overwhelming. If you enjoy banana pudding, this one is a must-try.

Winter Mint: A great option for ice enthusiasts, this combination of wintergreen and menthol is equally intense and refreshing. The wintergreen flavor is subtle and doesn’t dominate the profile; it just has fresh mint vibes. The overall experience is like vaping a blizzard, which may not be for everyone, but I’m into it!

Strawberry Kiwi: There are plenty of strawberry kiwi flavors on the market, but few are executed as well as this one. It has a mild (not tart) strawberry flavor, complemented by a hint of kiwi, with some hard candy notes on the exhale. It’s a very approachable blend that I can’t seem to put down.

Summer Grape: A blend of purple Concord and vine-ripened grapes with an unexpected twist. When I saw that the image on Lost Mary’s site includes lemons, everything suddenly clicked. I don’t taste lemon on the forefront, but there is a tart, sour component that rounds out the profile. To me, it tastes like a mix of ripe (sweet) and underripe (tart) grapes, with a touch of hard candy.

How long does it last?

With a meager 600 mAh capacity, I wasn’t expecting much from the battery, but it surprisingly lasted a whole day. The longevity made sense when I tested the charging capabilities: it averaged 602 mAh! Most vapes have exaggerated capacities, usually within 20% of the manufacturer’s claim. The MT15000 Turbo, however, has a true 600 mAh rating, which is something I’ve never seen before. This is valuable information for consumers who might think that the smaller battery is a disadvantage. In reality, it provides comparable run time to most 800 mAh disposables.

Still, there are downsides. A full charge takes 78-83 minutes at 0.5 amps, so patience is required. Also, the indicator on the display is misleading. It drops slowly at first, but once you reach 20%, it plummets. Although this has varied, I’ve gotten as few as 12 puffs after reaching 20%. That’s not entirely uncommon with disposables and pod vapes, but it’s always worth mentioning.

Regarding liquid capacity, I’ve been testing multiple devices simultaneously, so it’s difficult to say how long one will last. I can make a calculated guess, though. After two charges, the display shows 75%, suggesting about eight days of use if the battery is depleted daily. Of course, that is assuming the display’s reading is reliable.

Verdict

My initial instinct was to call the Lost Mary MT15000 Turbo a “refreshing return to form,” but then I remembered it’s two years old! That misguided impression, however, says a lot about this device. The performance compares to much newer disposables, but the lack of bells and whistles makes it feel like a throwback. Sure, innovation is always exciting, but I usually just want a simple device that gets the job done. And that’s precisely what the MT15000 does.

Along with simplicity, I’m also a fan of the size, performance, flavor lineup, dual power modes, and realistic battery claim. It’s easy to underestimate a 600 mAh, 15K disposable from 2023, but this one has a lot going for it.

While it may be a capable device, there’s certainly room for improvement. It charges slowly, the display is tiny, and the battery indicator can be misleading. I’d also like to see adjustable airflow added to this line at some point (also absent on the MT35K).

Ultimately, while the MT15000 Turbo doesn’t offer any standout features, it’s still a reliable, flavorful performer. And for that reason, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Just keep your expectations in check.
